QB QB Beau Brungard of Youngstown State and C Trent Fraley of North Dakota State highlight the selections to the 2025 Phil Steele FCS All-America Team for the Missouri Valley Football Conference.  Brungard was named Offensive Player of the Year and Fraley was tabbed Offensive Lineman of the Year.            

A total of 30 players from the MVFC, including eight on the first-team unit, earned Phil Steele FCS All-America Teams.  And a total of 14 players from the MVFC, including four on the first-team unit, earned selection to Phil Steele's FCS Freshman All-America Teams.
